SESSION 3 | Embracing Imperfection & Vulnerability - JUNE 1
This series reclaims space for moms to reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and their impact. It provides a safe, intentional space where they can step outside of their roles as caregivers and focus on who they are as whole, multi-dimensional people.
THIS IS AN IN-PERSON COMMUNITY COACHING SESSION
Focus of this session is on Releasing control, emotional detachment, and self-trust.
🌿 Who Is This For?
This series is for any mom—whether working full-time, staying at home, or balancing both—who still has a child or stepchild living at home. The mental load of motherhood is constant, no matter your life circumstances.
It’s for:
✔️Moms who feel stretched thin—juggling family, work, and life but craving more personal fulfillment.
✔️Moms already in the social impact space—advocates, volunteers, nonprofit leaders—who are burned out and need community support.
✔️Moms who want to reconnect with themselves and the world around them but don’t know where to start.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed but know you’re meant for more connection, purpose, and impact, this series is for you.
🌟 Why Moms?
Motherhood is a beautiful, life-altering transformation—but it can also be isolating, overwhelming, and consuming. Moms often put their needs last, sacrificing personal fulfillment for family responsibilities.

Session 3: Embracing Imperfection & Vulnerability
Theme: Letting go of perfectionism, embracing your worth, and creating deeper connection.
What if you didn’t need to be perfect to be powerful? What if the version of you who shows up with honesty and imperfection is exactly the one the world—and your people—need?
🌀 What to Expect:
This session invites you to explore the pressure to "get it all right"—and the cost of that pressure on your joy, connection, and peace. You’ll be supported in softening the inner critic and allowing space for real, imperfect growth.
💬 You’ll Reflect On:
What striving for perfection is really trying to protect.
What it would look like to offer yourself compassion instead of criticism.
How vulnerability can feel like a risk—and why it's worth it.
🖊️ You’ll Journal + Create:
A self-written “permission slip” to show up imperfectly—and a reminder that your worth was never tied to your performance.
🌱 You’ll Leave With:
One small, meaningful way to practice vulnerability this week—in parenting, relationships, or with yourself.
