Who we serve

Rise & Lead Moms exists for moms* who are already doing the work of leadership—often quietly, often without enough support.

This application is for you if you are a mom (or primary caregiver) who:

  • Is involved in social impact, community organizing, advocacy, nonprofit work, or political engagement

  • Feels stretched thin by invisible labor, caregiving, and responsibility

  • Is navigating a transition, leadership challenge, or moment of burnout

  • Wants support that is flexible, human, and grounded in real life

  • Believes personal growth is not a luxury—but a necessary form of care

You do not need a formal title.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You just need to be a mom who wants support while leading change.

What we offer

Through Rise & Lead Moms, selected applicants may receive:

  • 1:1 coaching focused on confidence, leadership, and clarity

  • Support integrating parenting and leadership without burnout

  • Tools for resilience, well-being, and sustainable engagement

  • Scholarship-supported coaching for moms who need financial support

  • Access to the Rise & Lead Moms Circle*—our private community platform where moms connect, share resources, reflect together, and build collective leadership in a supportive, values-aligned space (coming early 2026)

Our coaching is personalized, trauma-aware, and designed to adapt to the realities of motherhood.

*The Rise & Lead Moms Circle is a private, values-aligned online community designed to reduce isolation, strengthen connection, and support mothers leading social impact—together.

What happens after you apply

We review applications on a rolling basis and every applicant will receive a response, whether or not we’re able to offer support right away.

  • If it feels like a good fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a short, informal conversation.

  • All information you share is kept confidential.

Rise & Lead Moms is a growing nonprofit, so response times may vary. If you haven’t heard back within a reasonable timeframe, you’re always welcome to follow up with us at info@riseleadmoms.org.
